Yes — you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them. Please keep the item in its original condition and packaging, then email Hello@socitychic.com to get started.

Question 3

What is your delivery policy for consigned items?

Accepted Answer

Our delivery policy for consigned items includes details on shipping times, costs, and delivery options. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. You can choose from standard or express delivery options at checkout. For any questions, please contact us at [Hello@socitychic.com](mailto:Hello@socitychic.com).

Question 4

How can you confirm sizing and measurements before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Each product page includes the size info and measurements we have on hand. Since vintage and designer pieces can fit differently by brand, checking those details first is the best way to shop with confidence. If you need more help, reach out anytime.
